My name is Daniel and I decided to become a Personal Trainer because I want to help people and from my own experiences of wanting to get in better shape and look after myself better. Having been on my own journey I want to use the skills I have learned along with my own experiences to help you achieve sustainable long-term results!

I care about my clients and there is nothing more important to me than helping someone go through their journey that makes them feel happy, stronger and healthier. I understand how hard it can be with a busy lifestyle, full time job, looking after children and still being able to exercise but I want to be here to guide you every step of the way and make it manageable and fun along the way.

Want to feel fitter so you can enjoy activities with friends and family, keep up with the children and just generally feel better about yourself? Busy mum or dad and struggle for time?

I have helped 100’s of people over 8 years in the industry with many of the struggles and problems listed above and I want to help you too! I get how challenging it can be with kids and time limits and that’s why getting into structure and routine and looking after yourself is paramount.

I genuinely care about the clients I work with and will help and guide you all the way! Exercise should be fun, challenging and manageable and that’s what you will get with me.
