With over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, Ben brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the The Shed Health Club. From his time as Gym Manager at David Lloyd Aberdeen, he can be credited with the training and development of a number of PTs in the North East of Scotland (including our very own Rachel!!). With this many years of experience, there is barely a type of client Ben hasn’t helped. From weight loss to heart attack and stroke rehab, pre/post-natal to learning difficulties, wheelchair bound to lack of confidence and anxiety, and many more. The reason Ben has had such a long and successful career, is for the pure satisfaction of helping people reach their goals and better themselves, inside and out. Such is the extent of his passion for helping others, he has also recently qualified as a Life Coach.
